1. Application. I apply for membership at Twin Peaks Rifle Club LLC located 6.5 miles west of Medicine Lodge Kansas off of HWY 160, and south into the Range through the blue painted gates (7716 SW HWY 160, Medicine Lodge, Kansas 67104). I am a reputable citizen of the United States and may become a member upon approval from Twin Peaks Rifle Club LLC and after subscribing to the membership application, liability wavier, range rules and upon payment of the initiation fee, I represent and warrant that I am 18 years of age or older and all facts and information set forth above and/or in the Membership Application dated this date (the Application) are true, correct and complete. The Application is incorporated by reference and made a part of this Contract.

2. Payment. Must pay the initiation fee before or upon signing this Contract. I agree to pay my yearly amount ($500), each May 1 thereafter so long as my membership is in good standing. I understand all dues are nonrefundable. I also agree that Twin Peaks Rifle Club has the right to change Membership Management Software at any time and will agree to subscribe to the new software if so.

3. Term. All memberships have terms of a year to year basis starting on May 1 and prorated from the start date of sign up. Memberships are automatically renewed at the current membership rate each year with possible membership rate increases based on current market demand.

4. Cancellation/Termination. I (or my legal representative) may cancel this Contract without penalty in accordance with the following; a. Within three (3) business days after signing this Contract and without utilizing the Range. Upon such cancellation I will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including initiation fees. B. After 3 days termination can only take place when the member cancels their membership through writing via email.

5. Default/Remedies. Any yearly payment which is received more than 15 days after the due date may be subject to a new initiation fee and may be cancelled as a member if new members are on the current wait list, subject to Twin Peaks staff. Any payment that remains unpaid for fifteen (15) days shall entitle Twin Peaks Rifle Club LLC staff to terminate the membership, to suspend some or all membership privileges, and/or to take other actions permitted by law or in equity. Closing of account, insufficient funds or any other action which prevents the automatic charge for my yearly dues, if applicable, will be a material breach of this Contract.

6. General Provision. A. I acknowledge I have inspected the Range and same is in full operation. No promises, representation or warranties have been made to me by Twin Peaks Rifle Club LLC or otherwise about the Range. B. I acknowledge and agree that the Initiation Fee represents a reasonable charge for initiating my membership considering the time and effort required of Twin Peaks Rifle Club LLC. C. I acknowledge that it has been explained to me that this is a legally binding and enforceable contract. D. This Contract sets forth the entire agreement between me and Twin Peaks Rifle Club LLC, regarding my membership and any and all prior discussions, agreements, understanding or correspondence and hereby made null and void. E. This Contract may be amended, modified or rescinded, or any rights hereunder waived, only by written agreement signed by me and Twin Peaks Rifle Club LLC. F. If any term or provision of this Contract is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the rest and remainder of this Contract shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand that I am responsible for all reasonable collection fees, court costs and attorney fees associated with any unpaid balances due according to this Contract.

We hereby agree to all terms of this Contract, intending to be legally bound hereby, and each of us has received a complete executed copy of this Contract.
